COMMUNICATION SERVICES

We use an evidence-based communication curriculum to help harness individual potential to create lasting personal and professional success. Communication Services are customized to meet the needs of every client. While many clients choose the popular "Let's Get Colorful! Workshop for Communication Essentials", we offer everything from one-on-one consultations to keynote presentations.

Workshops are fun, interactive team building opportunities that are great for staff retreats, in-service days, annual employee appreciation events, and more. The curriculum has been show to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity while reducing interpersonal conflict, high turnover, and employee burnout.

One on One Consultation

One on one consultations are ideal for individuals seeking to improve their personal or professional environment by becoming more in tune with their communication strengths and challenges. During the consultation, we will conduct a communications assessment and create a practical path for personal development.

Essentials Workshop

The "Let's Get Colorful! Workshop for Communication Essentials" is a popular offering due to the emphasis on fun, interactive learning. This experience is best for groups of 25-50 people. Agencies wanting to train more than that number of staff typically choose to do multiple trainings. This workshop takes attendees through a personal communication assessment and then provides a variety of opportunities to learn powerful new tools and put them immediately into action. This workshop is sure to leave a lasting impact!

Small Group Workshop

Small group workshops are best for groups of 10 or fewer individuals who share a common goal whether it be a family seeking to engage with each other in a healthy, peaceful way or a group of executives seeking to advance an organizational mission. Workshops are catered to the goals of the client.

Keynote Presentation

Emma is available for a variety of keynote presentations depending on the desire of the client. In the past, keynote presentations have included variations of the Communication Essentials Workshop, the Power of Personal Advocacy, and much more. We would be happy to discuss your goals to see if Emma would be a good fit for your event.

"As a business owner invested in the development and satisfaction of my employees, I was very excited for Emma to lead a company-wide communications workshop given all the great things I'd heard about her work. Even with high expectations, I was still incredibly impressed with the impact her workshop had on our staff. Her communications training was genuinely fun. It included lots of laughter and stories, but it also provided some powerful insight into our organizational culture and interpersonal relationships. We've never hosted a staff training with such positive feedback from employees! It's now months later and we all continue to reference the information and skills learned that day. We'll certainly be bringing Emma back to do on-going training as we hire new staff moving forward. It was money well spent.
